How to Enter and/or Play: Grand Prize Drawing entry: The Candlewood Suites® Consider Us HomeSM Dream Giveaway (the “Program”) begins May 1, 2006 AT 6:01 PM EDT (“ET”) AND ENDS ON JULY 1, 2006 AT 11:59 PM EDT (the “Entry Period”) and consists of one component, the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. To enter the sweepstakes, you must visit www.candlewoodsuites.com/10years and complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person or email address via this method. To receive an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing via mail and/or without an Internet connection, hand print your name, complete address, city, state, ZIP code and telephone number (including area code) on a plain 3" X 5" paper and mail your entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope postmarked by July 1, 2006 and received by Sponsor by July 8, 2006, to: Candlewood Suites Dream Giveaway c/o Wits' End Productions, 1165 Hembree Road, Suite 210, Roswell, GA 30076. There is no limit on the number of entries that may be sent, but each entry must be sent in a separate outer mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced, photocopied or computer-generated requests allowed. Each mailed entry will count as 1 entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. 2. Eligibility: Participation is open to persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Must be 21 years of age or older as of May 1, 2006. The following persons are not eligible to participate or win prize: Employees and officers and directors of Sponsor, and each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, suppliers, agents and retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted, and subject to all federal, state and local laws. Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Administrator’s and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Participants not abiding by these rules may be disqualified. Grand Prize Drawing: Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 10, 2006 from among all eligible entries received. Random Sweepstakes drawing will be conducted by an independent agency whose decisions are final and binding. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by Sponsor or its agents by U.S. mail or by FedEx delivery at the discretion of the Sponsor, or by phone or e-mail at the phone number or e-mail address provided upon registration in the program and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability, applicable Federal Tax Forms and, where legal, a Publicity Release within 7 days of attempted delivery. If any prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if the winner fails to timely return any required documents or in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules or any other requirements, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. 4. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within time specified by sponsor. By accepting prizes, winners agree that Sponsor may use each winner's name, likeness, photograph and/or biographical information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further consideration or payment, where permitted by law. Taxes on and in connection with all prizes are winners’ sole responsibility. Prizes are not transferable. No prize, cash or other substitutions allowed except at sole discretion of the Sponsor or as otherwise provided herein. Fraudulent entries are not allowed. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor will select the winner(s) from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor.
